I am looking for someone who can tailor a dress for me. I need the sleeves shortened, and possibly the hem shortened too. It should be a pretty simple job for someone with the right equipment and know-how (I have neither :] ) I am willing to pay. Don't really know what is reasonable for a job like this, so feel free to give me an estimate.

I certainly don't have the skills, but there is a sister in our Ward (baptized about 2 years ago, from Thailand) who owns a tailor shop on Mattis (1205 S. Mattis). Her name is Noy. She does great work!
